Masscomm is a group of young, energetic individuals that come from varying backgrounds. Masscomm is comprised of an advisory board, a board of directors, managers, and general members.

Board of Directors
The board of directors is comprised of nine individuals that come from a variety of backgrounds including the areas of, entertainment, entrepreneurship, philanthropy and media. These individuals subsequently bring a unique perspectives and problem solving skills to the executive table, helping to deliver robust and methodical solutions to the community at large. Each board member serves a minimum of 12 months, with an option to renew indefinitely.

Advisory Board
The Advisory board may contain up to 5 individuals, and each member is appointed by a unanimous vote of the board of directors. Members of the advisory board, bring a variety of experiences and backgrounds, but they also posses a certain maturity within their specialized fields. Each advisory board member serves a minimum of 6 months, and a maximum of 2 years.

Managers
The managing members of Masscomm are pure executors who are responsible for getting things done. These individuals carry excellent project management skills, and facilitate many of the projects and ongoing operations of the organization. They are heavily involved in the day to day missions of Masscomm, and represent Masscomm on the closest level to our target audience.

General Members
A general member is anyone, who has expressed a desire to be a part of a growing movement to recapture the youth. They carry a passion for positive change and represent the largest group of Masscomm. Anyone can become a member, and we hope to provide a home for all those who are lost. If you are looking for a group of individuals who, love the community, and love doing things in a new and exciting way, then Masscomm is likely for you.
